Whether it comes to computing, telephony and WiFi, telecommunications networks use a huge amount of wires: copper, coaxial, fiber optic, etc.
Therefore cable marking should be safe and fast to implement.
Control of transmission cables is important to the quality of our services. Cable marking labels allows you to control where and which cables should hit.

NYLON LABELS FOR CABLE MARKING

We would like to offer you a label made ​​of a new material created specifically for labeling cables, wires, and any product with uneven or curved surfaces. 

This material is XF-300 created by Polyonics, with which we cooperate. It is 5 mil polyamide nylon fibers coated with acrylic adhesive membrane. Its surface is white (matte), suitable for printing in thermal transfer printers. 

Due to its characteristics, labels made from this material are simply perfect for marking cables and wires, vials, containers, and other uneven surfaces that prevent the use of labels made from other materials. 

Nylon labels are able to cope with temperatures from -40 to +145 degrees Celsius, and most importantly meet the standards of REACH and RoHS directives.

PCB IDENTIFICATION

Resistant to high temperature (up to 300 ° C) allows for the identification of the circuit during the whole process of its production. We offer a polyimide labels operating in extremely difficult conditions and high temperatures (eg. a wave soldering process) and resistant to highly corrosive chemicals. Polyimide (PI) is a thermoplastic material used as a material for the production of labels with barcodes because it withstand temperatures occurring in the production of printed circuit boards (PCBs), not shrinking, or drowning. Therefore it provides a solid basis for printable surface, allowing you to meet the requirements of the standards of print quality barcode.

SELF-LAMINATING LABELS

They are designed to protect the additional information placed on the label after its taping (eg. signature of person accepting the product, or indication of the date re-calibration). In general, such information will be less persistent than the existing label printing - the solution of this problem are the self-laminating labels.

Thanks to the special design of such labels allows you to secure this information under a layer of transparent polyester. This ensures effective protection of data contained on it from the influence of external factors such as humidity or high temperature (150 degrees C).
