Graphic overlay
It's the most important part of membrane keyboard. The aesthetics, functionality, durability and ease of use depends on it. Depending on characteristics of ordered keyboards we offer various materials. We can use reference colours or match to supplied samples. Overlay can also contain wholes cutted in (for some switches or ports) and transparent windows (i.e. for LCD screen protection). Those windows can be colourless or cowered with semitransparent colour filters.
Backlights
We can integrate this function into foil or membrane keyboard. It allows to illuminate back of graphic overlay.

with embossing
Pressing the button is palpable. Buttons can be embosses in dome shape, or "frame" only, but only
dome shape has characteristic "click".

Usage of metal domes increase durability of button and cause it to "click" when pressed.
Circuits
Circuits are made by screen printing silver-based ink on nonconductive foil (usualy heat-resistant polyester, but other base materials are available). If nessesary we can use dielectric ink hardened by UV rays to prevent oxidation of silver.
Interior
Membrane keyboard can include other electronic parts. Most popular are LED diodes (in red, yellow, green, blue and white colour), switches and resistors.
Membrane tails
Membrane tail is elastic continuation of one or more circuits that are inside keyboard. This solution provide You ability to connect membrane keyboard with other parts of device. Those tails can be cut in various shapes also.
Joints
Our company supply adequate joints solution which will make connecting elements of device even easier. We offer crimp joints (also Berg Clincher series), Nicromatic Crimpflex® and ZIF/LIF joints.
Security foils and adhesives
Proper choose of adhesive and protection layers is a key to proper operation and reliability of membrane keyboards. Same as in case of labels and front panels Pakom company use best 3M adhesives and protection foils adapted to conditions and surface. Protection foild can be easy to remove (i.e. for transport protection), or pernament ones that protect keyboard for whole time of use.
